"The room size on Expedia is misleading. It's nowhere near to 225 sq ft. When I raised this issue with the front desk, the manager was not only rude but also claimed that the size means "up to" and cannot be guaranteed. They offered with a bigger room with two beds to address my escalation. This room had a housefly and probably some rodent in it's heater which was not working and I could hear a lot of noise. So I went back to the earlier tiny room. The breakfast has very limited options and is a takeaway. You need to pay an additional amount to have a sit down breakfast. I saw some foreign hair on hand towel in my bathroom, I set that towel on the side but the person who came to clean the room didn't change it and placed it back on the rack. All in all, go to a standard branded hotel for this much money (paid approx. $400 per night)."

"We have loved this hotel for a long time! I have stayed here for several years. It is clean, well staffed, everyone is very helpful. Usually everything is perfect, this time we had issues with the staff not leaving us washcloths and towels two days. It is also beginning to show some wear and tear, I had not noticed in the past. Other than that we are so happy with this very convenient to everything hotel!"

"My partner and I had the best weekend getaway at Arlo! It was the perfect spot to turn into every night after walking the city. It was very clean and aesthetic with the nicest staff. A special shout out to Whitney for making sure we got the perfect room on a higher floor! We didn’t mind waiting in the hotel bar with some complimentary drink tickets while she worked her magic. Amazing place- will definitely book Arlo again next time we’re back in the city (which will be soon!)"
