Sister's Weekend
We had a lovely weekend at this home, which was located just far enough outside of town to be peaceful, yet close enough for us to get to our events easily. The home was clean and nicely decorated. All the beds, bedding, dishes and towels were new. We appreciated having a TV in each room. We had some difficulty getting the TV Service to work, but our host was quick to provide us with assistance. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Christmas in the Country
We enjoyed our stay at the Renovated Farmhouse. It was clean and warm and had everything we needed. The check-in process was easy and the place was a 10 minute drive from family we were visiting. My parents, who were also staying with us, came in a day early and we were so grateful we could add an extra night's stay at such short notice. Thank you for that! Having dressers in the bedrooms would have been nice along with additional towel bars in the bathrooms for hanging wet towels after our showers. Perhaps these are coming as I thought this was a fairly new listing. The closets were good sized, however, and it was very nice to have hangers available as well as the cloth closet shelves for our clothing. And finally, having the water dispenser was a very nice touch. I'm sensitive to water I'm not used to and I didn't have to be concerned about feeling ill because of that. This was a great place to relax and I would highly recommend the Renovated Farmhouse to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay in northeastern, rural Texas.

peaceful quiet spot close to Sherman
just what we thought it would be. extremely quiet, plentiful parking, house was very clean great for several people to enjoy. Some chairs in the yard would be nice but other than that worked well for our group.
