"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Everything about my stay was enjoyable. I really appreciated that they allowed me to check in early because of my membership status. I also want to recognize the gentleman who assisted me during check-in. He was professional, kind, and made the process very smooth. The entire front desk team was incredibly helpful and did their best to make sure I had a great experience. The beach access was excellent, and I truly enjoyed spending time there with my family. The only suggestion I have is regarding the pool. Since I was traveling with two children, I felt the pool hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) were a bit limited. It would be wonderful if the pool could stay open until 9:00 or 10:00 p.m., especially during the hot summer months when many families prefer to swim later in the day. I also think the children’s pool is quite small. Expanding it or adding more features for kids would make the hotel even more family-friendly and provide an even better experience for families with young children. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful property, excellent service, and welcoming staff."
