"The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was super nice. The waterfall in the pool area was pretty but it was super loud. The showers in the bathrooms leaked under the glass door so the floor got soaked, and the pictures shown showed a bath tub but only suites have a bathtub. The hotel was nice but I do not agree with the prices of the hotel, because other than the 24 hour pool it was a pretty basic hotel. The suites that include a bath tub are almost double the price of a regular room and the only difference is a bath tub. The staff was incredible nice though!"

"Everyone was really pleasant, especially the sweet lady who was helping to keep the breakfast items fully stock. She is a real sweetheart. The hot breakfast was pretty good and there were a lot of items to choose from. We had a nice 2-night stay while we were visiting the area. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower which was really nice! If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Only improvements needed are that the staff in the kitchen at breakfast were not able to answer questions about food allergies such as if nuts were in the muffins. They need to be able to find those answers or get training on it. Also our room was right by an emergency door so we kept getting woken up by loud slamming doors early in the am. Overall I think it's a good hotel and a nice location in TN so I would recommend it and would stay there again."

"It really feels more of like a dorm room that just gets the job done. Many of the floors have a pot odor, elevator buttons are broken, elevators are out of commission, main pool was ice cold (however the lazy river and hot tub were nice), all tubes were deflated, ceilings caving in here and there, people arguing over balconies, no phone (so I am assuming that the pounding on random doors at 6:45a, 7:00a, etc in the morning are their wakeup calls- which wakes others up too) room service only emptied trash with a 3 day stay, our keycards didnt work once we got to our room - we were told it may take 10 minutes to activate our room cards. Random doors left open to ventilate the place, our balcony view was a parking lot and trees (so dont fall for the pictures), the beds felt old, very worn. In a queen room we could feel the springs in one of the mattresses. However, overall MY KIDS were none the wiser. The lazy river was unique to them and they had a ball just swimming in it every night. The pool hours were a huge plus and we were able to get to the pool every night. The breakfast was good. The beds were BUG FREE. The place is EXTREMELY affordable and in a good location. I know my kids are going to remember the pool in this place, not all the other things that us adults would notice above. Dont regret that we stayed here. It was a good time overall."
