Amazing view and convenient location with great amenities
View was amazing especially when fog sets in. Great house. Could barely hear neighbors. Very private yard. We couldn’t even hear the construction at all from the house they are finishing right below. And you couldn’t hear the noise from upstairs to downstairs when door was closed which helped with late nighters and early risers. Two living rooms were great for late nights. Movie theater is separate from house. And it was huge and my only regret is not having a movie night like we planned.
Hot tub was clean. And the way the yard is growing up provides privacy. worked well and got very hot. Games worked great.
The host communicated quickly. Fire pit was in a great location. Kitchen had pretty much everything you could need even a crockpot. Just pack a small bag of cleaning supplies and paper products and you should be set. Master upstairs has a huge closet that would have worked great for setting up small kids in there to be close to mom or dad. They provided a pack and play and a high chair. There wasn’t a safe way to protect babies at the top of the steps but the downstairs had a door at the bottom so easy to contain them in the downstairs living room.
Parking was a little tough for us because we had one truck. You could potentially fit four smaller vehicles but will have to move out of the way when others want to leave. We had two small suvs and a truck and it just fit. The steep narrow road up was interesting but worth the view.
