"The hotel was very clean, staff was wonderful and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel before. The only complaint is that there were signs for vending machines on every floor but there were absolutely no vending machines in the hotel at all."

"I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect for me, with an easy walk to The Island and all of its shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was also just a short drive to Dollywood, which was a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The property itself is charming, well maintained, and has a really inviting atmosphere. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a lovely touch and really added to the overall experience. What’s not to love? I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge."
