Woodsy retreat

The property was just as described with a steep driveway entrance to the property. You have 2 bedrooms at the top floor with 2 beds in one bedroom and 1 bed in the other. The bottom floor also has a separate room with one bed plus a sofa bed. There are two full kitchens, one on each floor and we just used the top kitchen. Two living rooms, one on each floor as well. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We bought groceries at Publix and made breakfast. Beautiful and peaceful property with trees surrounding the property and views of the nearby coaster. Do recommend.

Perfect place to stay with a bigger family

So much room. Everything you need. Clean! My boys loved the yard and playhouse. They recently added a fenced in area that was a great boundary for my boys. The driveway is very steep but my mini van was able to go up with no problems. This is our second stay at this house :)

Batteries, Please!

The place was actually better than I had hoped. It fit our needs perfectly! The only issue we had was that the batteries were dead in the tv remote. I sent a message immediately asking if there were spares anywhere, and I did not receive a reply. So, I sent another message... I never received a reply. I called, and the answer I got was not acceptable. I was told no one was replying because it was a busy time and they were not equipped to answer so many clients.

I would say the room with the two beds upstairs need new mattress one of them you roll to the center when you lay down. I don’t know if we are dum when it comes to the controlling the temps in the house upstairs put it would not stay set. We had to get up during the night several times to set it. It needs some instruction on how it works. We had to call maintenance when we got there to help us and he had a hard time we keep tapping the screen when you should have tapped the side. Also the downstairs is musty smell and needs a larger shower you can not turn around in it at all. Other than those things it was great.

Great location

The property is in a great location but could use some updating. It had a mildew smell. Everything appeared clean when we went in, but there was definitely dirty silverware and cookware left in the drawers/cabinets. The driveway is super steep- ok for summer but not sure how someone would get up there in the winter. There was a playhouse but my daughter couldn't get in because there were wasps and spiderwebs everywhere. The location was perfect though, and if you only plan to sleep in the house it was fine. It was managed by Vacasa who responded promptly to my request for check out instructions. Usually there's a book somewhere with all the info. Overall, just OK. Great location and fair price point.

Very Nice Place to Stay

We loved that there were 2 "common" areas so our group could spread out when we wanted. Do pay attention to the fact that there is no internal access to the basement rooms. My husband missed that in the listing when he booked and it caused mild issues for us since our kids are so young. Solved easy enough thanks to the room with 2 queens, but it is important to note. Didn't diminish the quality of stay, in my opinion. We had issues with the washing machine. It never did get fixed during our stay, but they put a lot of effort into trying, so i can't fault them. These things happen sometimes. The driveway is a very steep u-turn from the main road. Only an issue in the rain with extra-long vehicles, but should be noted. Overall, it was really nice. I would happily book it again.

Communication lacking

We enjoyed our stay, the upstairs & downstairs are not connected inside & have separate kitchens. Great if you have 2 families going that need their own space. Lower bathroom shower was really small compared to size of bathroom & lots of bugs. Outdoor space was unkempt & kids couldn't play in the yard. Communication with property management was worst I've ever experienced on VRBO. Dryer was broken & every time i contacted thru VRBO a different person responded. Dryer wasnt fixed while we were there.

All was good great location for us not you typical cabin but worked great for us and was close to everything. Only thing was the yard was so high my kids couldn’t play out side. But other than that great place!

Convenient location to Pigeon Forge

We stayed 3 days. Being so close to the main route we were able to go back to the house a couple times daily to freshen up. Most attractions were just a couple miles away. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice House

We were pleased with the house. It was clean and comfortable. Good location for Smokies and Dollywood. Check in and check out logistics we’re fine. The house is really two separate living spaces on different floors that are not connected from inside. For older teenagers, this was great. We sent them downstairs and didn’t hear them until mid morning. This two spaces setup would also be great for two couples. However if we still had small children, it would not have worked out well. The house has an extremely steep curvy drive. I have a vehicle with good clearance and had no issues during my summer stay. However, I would be very concerned in winter conditions.

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Easy Street very much. The only 3 things that could be improved upon is the downstairs shower stall, which is tiny, the addition of a handrail at the step up in the downstairs bathroom, and better control of bugs and spiders downstairs. We would choose to stay here again.

Great comfortable clean place!

We had our first family vacation of 4 in February and it was great! It was very nice and clean inside. We roasted marshmallows and played cornhole one night on the downstairs porch and it was peaceful. The WiFi also worked great! We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. Only negatives is the grill could’ve been cleaned better, we were going to cook steaks but decided to do it on the stovetop because of the grill, it was already late so didn’t want to clean. The driveway is steep but not terrible. The little playhouse is cute but can definitely use a remodel! Also is close to everything so that’s nice, there’s two alpine coasters right down the road.

New Year trip

This home is great for a Family getaway. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very close to many dining establishments, and almost any activity that you can think of. Very nice!

Good Location

Good location. Property was furnished well and inside housekeeping was good. The property had maintenance issues with plumbing, air, and loose porch railings. Not a good property for elderly or handicapped as the only access to the upstairs area is by outside stairs. This should be in the description. This house is actually two separate units. Will not stay here again.

Had to move

The house and property were very nice, However we had a major plumbing issue on the third night of our stay. The ceiling tiles is the bathroom collapsed in the middle of the night and leaked thru due to a pipe that gave way . Then the bathroom upstairs had human feces coming up thru the shower and none of the toilets would flush. On telling them that we had an issue we had to leave the property on the fourth of July while they tried too fix the problem. They could not and we had to relocate to a different house up the mountain and it was very late to be closing on one house to move to another. I am VERY dissatisfied with the condition of the property as if you rent it, it should be maintained. I will never rent another home from this company or any other. I was not offered anything but dinner for the inconveniences on a holiday with my son who's just graduated from highschool. I will book a hotel for him next time. A very unhappy customer.

Easy Street

We were nestled on a hill. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was practically new. The dryer didn't work and I called and they were out to fix it no time. One thing I would look into would be the queen bed. The bed felt as if we were sleeping on concrete. I'm not sure if it was because of the type of bed or what. The bed could elevate your head or your feet. But all in all it was a great stay.
