LIVING AREAS

Unwind into vacation mode in the spacious and open living area, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, armchair, and a flat-screen TV.

Hours of family fun awaits in the game room, complete with a pool table, an arcade machine with a host of 1980’s arcade classics, and a 30” TV.

Gather for a movie in the home theater, outfitted with three leather recliners, a 75” TV, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a French-door refrigerator and a full suite of sleek stainless steel appliances.

This two-story home sleeps up to eight guests between the two suites and two sleeper sofas.

Head to Dollywood, one of the top family destinations in the South (4.5 miles away). In warmer months, be sure to try Dollywood Splash Country Water Park.

In winter months, head 11.6 miles to Ober Gatlinburg to hit the slopes or go snow tubing.

For a thrilling time, take a ride on the Gatlinburg Mountain Coaster, a roller coaster ride through forest terrain (8 miles).

Lace up your hiking boots and take a trek through Great Smoky Mountains National Park (10.2 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
