Walking distance (.3 miles) to Forsythe Park in the Victorian District. Built in 2016 to the Victorian design and style, with modern amenities. Walk to Collins Quarter (.4 miles), 700 Drayton (.4 miles), Mate Factor (.2 miles). Off street private parking pad on premise. Fenced, well lit backyard with brand new eco friendly turf and brick fire pit. This unit occupies the top floor, so if you have trouble walking up a flight of stairs, we’d recommend a more accessible unit.

Charming super clean Savannah rental
This rental is exactly as described. The decor is cute and comfortable. And the space was spotless. The only odd thing is that the only TV is in a bedroom. Didn’t bother us but worth noting. The fenced in backyard is fantastic! Particularly if you are traveling with pets. Definitely recommend. Will stay here again. It’s a great find!

Beautiful property, fully stocked kitchen, and very clean! Location was great, close to Forsythe park, and loved being able to take our dog! Our only issue was not understanding it’s a shared backyard with the other apartment. They also had a dog, so we had to make sure they weren’t in the yard each time we went out with ours, and vise versa. They were very understanding so it wasn’t an issue. The host was very informative prior to check in and was quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again also.

Perfect Savannah Stay!
Fantastic Savannah home! The apartment is beautifully designed and fits the Savannah curb appeal. The location was fantastic- it was close enough to walk to the main Savannah attractions but also far enough away from the busy areas that it was a nice, quiet neighborhood to sleep in. Parking on the street was easy and the neighborhood safe. The hosts were responsive to my messages via the app; we didn't actually need anything because the home was well-stocked. The home was clean and cute, and a huge perk that dogs were allowed to stay. Check-out was simple and didn't include a long list of chores, which is a rarity these days. I would gladly stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah!

Amazing stay for our wedding weekend
We used this cute location for our wedding weekend. My girls & I got ready here, amazing place for pictures. Then, my now husband and I enjoyed staying on our wedding night! It is so cute, a wonderful safe Savannah street, we are locals and know the areas. Highly recommend! Thank you for having us!

The property is in a great location. We walked to great restaurants. Off street parking is a plus
The only issue we had was the backyard (turf grass) had lots of dog poop. I notified the property owner and it was cleaned up the next day. Unfortunately because of it, we did not have an opportunity to enjoy the fire pit. Note: The beds were comfortable but the one in the bedroom without the attached bathroom was very squeaky!
