Room is always clean. Housekeeping staff are very polite and do a thorough job. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I still wish they had a shuttle to the airport.

Great position just 4 minutes walk from the waterfront historic precinct. Room was spotless and the beds super comfortable. Free shuttle to all parts of historic downtown was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful hotel stay—from the front desk to the complimentary shuttle service, the staff was friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and luxurious. The hotel is within easy walking distance to River Street, which was a huge plus. Having the self-parking lot was an added bonus, allowing us to avoid the hassle of valet and in-and-out access. It was truly hard to leave Savannah because our stay was just that great!

Best stay ever. Room was quiet until people with small child checked in on last night. Child ran up and down hall until after 10 pm. Heating was silent. Shuttle was wonderful, Naim very personable. Bed was comfy. Hope to stay again.

Property was immaculate but in the age of almost every hotel has at least a free continental breakfast, sometimes a hot one, this one charges $15 to get a sweet roll or bowl of cereal. Also, not everyone is a coffee drinker. And to only have green tea or herbal left my wife with nothing to drink in the mornings. Great staff as well
