Graduation Trip

I recently graduated with my associates degree and wanted to take a trip to Savannah! Rob’s place is extremely clean and cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable. The location is very close to downtown. It’s about a 12 minute walk to Forsyth park. The only downside was the street parking, but I think it was because of a local college graduation and families were in town. Rob is really easy to contact, he was very prompt at answering. There is a backyard between Rob’s home and the rental. My son LOVED going there and looking for the lizards, squirrels, birds or whatever else was there!

Christmas Season in Savannah

The apartment was perfectly located to access the parks, the historic district and the shops along the river. We walked (about two miles to the river through the historic district) and also utilized the free DOT bus that stops near the apartment. We had our Cavalier King Charles along and the fenced in yard was perfect for him to roam around while we read our books in the courtyard. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Rob (the host) responded very quickly on a question we had. Our time was short In Savannah so we will have to schedule a return trip.

Anniversary Trip

This property is in a very convenient location within walking distance of so many things. Very nicely stocked to take care of anything you need. Host was quick to respond to any questions. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very comfy and cozy. Perfect amount of space for us. Close drive to everything. We would definitely stay here again. The owner Rob was great and responded to us within a timely manner.

Perfect Little Getaway

A perfect apartment that is a great distance from the downtown historic area of Savannah. Not too far but not too close. Most things are walkable! It was very clean, exactly how it was described, comfortable, quiet area, and a great place to come back to after a long day of touring and walking about. We hope to come back very soon!! Highly recommend!!

Nice location

Small but nice place to stay! It was clean, appreciated the complimentary soap/shampoo in the shower, and loved the keyless entry. Walking distance to a variety of coffee shops/bakery/restaurants. We found a few sugar ants on the kitchen table and on the floor.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. The space is very nice. Our biggest complaint is that there really wasn’t working WiFi (or TV since it needed WiFi) although the listing said there was, so that felt a little dishonest. We almost gave it three stars instead of four, but we did really like the space and location. The fenced yard was a great bonus for staying with dogs.

Not so clean.

Although the overall stay was smooth, the interior of the property was not clean. While taking a shower there were little bugs all over the corners of the shower. It also has mold in the bathroom. It didn’t look or feel like the bathroom have been wiped down in a long time. The couch felt dirty and the rugs on the floor look nasty. There’s no where on here for me to attach the photos and videos I have but I had to record the corners of the shower and ceiling.

Great Place, Great Price

Needs some touching up on the walls. Baseboard next to shower needs replaced, while also fix the water leak coming out of shower. Everything else was just fine. Do the things I mentioned affect our stay?? No, but it would show the owner takes pride in the property. Overall would def stay there again

Perfect place to explore all Savannah has to offer!

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah! Our family really enjoyed the neighborhood. It was nice to be in a historic neighborhood but not right at the riverfront. The area restaurants were great and I loved walking my dog each morning and seeing SCAD students walking to class. Property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed playing darts in the evening. Fun area places to check out include Bull Street Tacos, Starland Yard, and Two Tides Brewing!

Savannah is Awesome

This place was in a great spot for us. Bakery, bar, restaurant, park, convenient store all within a few close blocks. We did not walk to downtown/city market area from here, but could have. Host made process so easy to be there. Gorgeous little outdoor area was perfect for a quiet evening, and the dogs enjoyed the fenced in area time too. We would stay here again!

Great apartment walking Forsythe Park

Plenty of plush towels and a comfortable bed were a plus, in addition to basic supplies that were provided. Keyless entry was easy to operate. Property manager was quick to respond for a minor problem.

Whitaker property

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The property manager was available if needed and answered any questions we had. The property was well stocked with necessities of anything you could have needed. We traveled on a holiday so we did have a lot of downtime at the property and would liked to have had better tv options as there was no cable and the Wi-Fi was limited and kept freezing to stream any programs. Typically this wouldn’t be an issue. Also we had our dogs with us and we were not able to have them in the yard much which is why we chose this property due to the house rules and a cat that was in the yard a lot. Having known this ahead of time would have been helpful

Perfect location !

Stayed for a long weekend in Savannah. This was the perfect location to get to most things in the city on our agenda. Loved being within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

SCAD move in weekend in Savannah

We had a wonderful stay while we were moving our daughter into her dorm at SCAD. The location was great since it was very easy to get to downtown but quieter than staying downtown! The property is impeccable and super cozy and has so many extra amenities. Parking was super easy! Rob was friendly and accommodating through texts. We will def be back!

Three Days in Savannah

We stayed at this apartment for three days on our way back from Florida and greatly enjoyed the experience. We were able to bring our dog along too which was a huge plus. The property is located in the Starland neighborhood near Forsyth Park and was a short walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. Starland itself is an interesting area with lots to explore. The next time we come we are definitely going to the Yard (food trucks and live music). Great experience at Bull Street Taco and The Blue Door Coffee and Waffles, with fantastic food, friendly people, and excellent service. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and comfortable for it's size; it is located over a garage in the back of a house. Very quiet at night with a comfortable bed, spa like bathroom, and small kitchenette. You are able to make small meals in the kitchenette (full sized stove and microwave) but it is not equipped for more involved cooking. There is a stackable washer/dryer available that works well and there is a good supply of cleaning products if they are needed. We did have an issue with a leak from the ceiling of the bathroom that Rob dealt with within hours of being made aware of it. Rob also contacted us via text to let us know he was available for questions about the property and the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again for short visits.

Perfect for a few days in Savannah

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed. Comfortable beds and the kitchen, although small, was well stocked. A great place for a couple. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of places to walk the dog. A nice walk to Forsyth Park. It is a pretty good distance to town. While Savannah is a walkable city, We had to use the car everyday to get into the downtown area. There is no regular TV-streaming only. A bit of a learning curve for some. Overall we would recommend staying here.
