Restaurada a su estado original, esta casa está llena de carpintería única, vidrieras originales, pisos y molduras originales. . The kitchen and Butler’s kitchen were perfect. The dining room held us all. We had 2 family dinners and it was better then eating out, as we could talk enjoy our family reunion. It’s been years. The bedrooms were beautiful, spacious and plenty of bathrooms and showers. The house is very sound proof and you never heard anyone upstairs or barely in another room. The porch was everyone’s favorite for coffee or later drinks and just hanging out.

This property was really great. The location was very close to the DOT transport which took us downtown and we were able to walk to a brunch place 2 blocks from the house. We had a minor issue which was taken care of by Michael incredibly fast. It was spacious for our 11 guests and we didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen area was big and had all the utensils we needed. The kitchen table seated everyone comfortably. We all got to hang out in the common spaces and there were great outdoor areas for us to sit on the porch and garden. Overall really great stay!

Beautiful house with lots of space for 10 ladies! Michael was an incredible host- we had some issues with water and within the hour he had a plumber out! We were thrilled with the stay and would recommend any larger group stay at this fantastic home.

Best House in Savannah

This was our 2nd stay at Harden House in Savannah and by far the best vacation rental in the city. The house is steps away from Forsyth Park and next door to a Kroger with a Starbucks inside. What more could you need? Dedicated parking and Yard space- both hard things to find in the city. Harden House is immaculately clean and the most well-stocked rental I have stayed in before. We love this house and will be back.

We had a wonderful girl’s trip to Savannah. We enjoyed exploring the city. The house was amazing. We loved the charm of an older home along with the amenities of a “newer” home, e.g., A/C, washer/dryer, modern kitchen and appliances. The rooms, both communal and private were spacious. The porch off the kitchen was a favorite hang out spot.

Beautiful home in a great location

The pictures reflect the home. It is beautiful and well stocked for a large group. We had many laughs rocking on the porch. Michael was very responsive and assisted us with last minute requests. We are grateful for that. Only regret - I wish we hired the in home chef he recommended. That would have made for a nice at-home evening. Highly recommend this home.

Spectacular property

I booked this property for my sister’s 50th birthday celebration on St Patty’s day. The house was the perfect central point for the celebration. There was some confusion on the number of rooms but Michael worked with us and it all worked out perfectly. A well maintained house with all the historic charm.

Great group experience

We had seven ladies.(originally scheduled to be 9) stay at this magnificent old home. It has all the modern conveniences and we actually were able to sleep without doubling up in any room. I have never seen a rental so well stocked in the kitchen. If we forgot something, it was certainly there. We walked to shopping and appreciated the offstreet parking, etc.Easy fast communication and simple entry code.

Girls trip!

We had a wonderful time! The house was great, lots of space to spread out. There were 6 of us ladies from Vero Beach. Everyone had their own room. I loved the upstairs tv room to get away from all the commotion downstairs. The grocery store across the street was convenient. Location was good. There was a little road noise outside but that is our only complaint. House had everything we needed and was comfortable.

Bachelorette Weekend

Listing does not include that the property has two tenants on the ground floor. In order to enter the house, everything has to be taken up a flight of steps. Flooring is in poor condition (missing pieces, scratched) on the main floor. The Kroger is right beside the house, separated by a two lane road. Loud delivery trucks, people every where. Heard gun shot, two cars drive off and then siren came in the direction of the house. Towels had someone’s hair on them and hair from somebody in a shower. Beautiful tub on 3rd floor but no hot water to fill it. No movies to watch in the movie room but have xfinity channels. Great kitchen, complete with everything needed. Comfy bed on the 3rd floor, enjoyed the game room. Beautiful staircase, nicely furnished rooms. Love the history of the home.

Holiday Savannah trip

This was an amazing mansion! There were six of us that stayed, found a murder mystery game in their game room that had all the parts and we were able to have a murder mystery dinner while we were there, so much fun! Communication with the host was fantastic as we needed him for several things. Note, if you are driving an electric vehicle charging, it can be a challenge in that area!

Celebration of Life

A group of us long term friends from Connecticut, Texas and California met in Savannah to celebrate the life of our wonderful friend Martha. It was a very healing weekend with love, laughter and friendship. The house (mansion) is so lovely and was the perfect place for us to get together.

Beautiful historic mansion

Our family of 10 adults stayed here for a weekend wedding. The location was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We loved all of the dramatic interior touches that you find in old houses.

Marvelous Savannah experience

Staying in the historic Harden House made for a perfect gateway to experience Savannah. Check-in couldn't have been easier, and everything was clean and ready for us. The grocery store entrance is about ten yards from the front door, so ducking out to get whatever you need is wonderful. And it's two blocks from Forsyth Park and within minutes you're walking through idyllic squares. There were ten of us visiting for the week, and we never felt crowded. A few needed to work remotely in the house, and there were lots of great spaces to steal away. The owner communicated quickly to a couple of the minor questions we had, and we felt taken care of the whole time. We all agreed we'd love to come back and stay at Harden House again. A++++

Wonderful property

The house is absolutely beautiful. Location is great. Right next to a Kroger and a couple of blocks down from Forsyth Park. The stairs are a bit of a challenge, however we knew ahead of time the old house in the historic area would not have elevators. Michael was an outstanding host, always willing to have us call if we needed help.
