スタッフがフレンドリーでとても親切。　施設が古く壊れている部分が多かった キューバと云う場所柄仕方ないのかもしれません 海沿いなので蚊が多く次回は蚊取り線香を持参しようと思いました

UN MAL HOTEL! Sin agua los 3 dias que estubimos, y la cena del sabado parecian las sobras del almuerzo. En general el hotel está muy dejado y la comida mas que justa. NO VOLVEREMOS!

Bien de manera general pero estaba el dia de apertura después de 2 meses cerrado... entonces problemas de luz durante 2 horas, problemas de agua caliente durante todo la estadia, pocas animaciones porque todavia no habia mucha gente. Felicidades por el personal y la Direccion que hacian todo por estar agradable con nosotros.

Relación calidad precio muy bien, un sitio recomendado para ir con la familia, la atención del personal, camareros, animadores, etc ,excelente, fallaban algunos servicios, como wifi, catamarán y la aparición de algun insecto inesperado que podría ser erradicado, pero la fauna local y la buena atención del personal hacen que la estancia sea agradable, mi familia y yo volveremos.
