Holy cow , this place need a Major Renovation like no other . It’s a shame , perfect location but you feel like your back in 1972!!! All the other Hotels around it were kept up nice. Also we could not get any cold water in the bathroom. Sorry won’t be staying here again!

This was our fourth stay at the Holiday Inn. I really wish the rooms were updated, but we are really only in the room to sleep. The location is perfect. The property is kept clean and everyone is very friendly and hospitable .

First day there my neighbor was banging on walls telling us to shut up for talking at 4:50pm. Got moved my hotel only for them to cal me and tell me I was a liar. Got in my new room and the ice bucket was filled with trash. Got to the beach next day and it was filled with trash and cigs butts. They never rake the beach. Our room was on the Moomba Beacg side so you have to listen to music bumping till 2am. We stood a few years ago and it was not bad so we decided to return and what a mistake it was. Do yourself a favor and put up the extra 1-2 thousand and stay at the Hilton. Place is not worth it at all. We will never stay there again!!!

Stayed with family for a week. Resort was just perfect for us! Great location! Close to everything. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The only issue we had was the loud music at night which made us switch our room after the second night. Overall a very good experience and will definitively go back!
