Don’t stay here
I called the hotel to let them know we will be checking in late on Friday. They said no problem upon getting there checking in we got our room settled in and my elderly mother with us. Around 12 o’clock I hear someone trying to open our door. I get up crack it open and there’s another family saying that it’s their room to go downstairs and talk to them as the room we were given and our room key open the door 10 minutes later. Amil attendant called and said he didn’t assign us to this room. I told him to talk to the young lady who helped us that is very unprofessional for them to send someone else to our room horrible experience.

The room was musty moldy smelly old and dirty I asked for a different room they could not accommodate me I asked for a discount they told me to call Audrey Bustamante the Director of Sales on Monday The furniture was old and chipped, windows dirty inside/outside light fixtures dirty bathroom mold on tile floor Very bad experience at the Historic Santa Maria Inn
