STR #0698 “Brew with a View” is Salida’s newest downtown, family friendly place to roost while visiting this hip and high vibe mountain town. This open concept condo is the entire 975 square foot 3rd floor of Moonlight Pizza and Brewpub’s new brewery, with one bedroom, a 3/4 bath, large living room, well-equipped full kitchen and comfortable balcony. Enjoy our historic downtown and a 360 degree unobstructed view of the surrounding majestic mountains from any one of multiple condo vantage points. Lounge in the living room after a great day of adventure and stream your favorite movies on the flat screen Smart TV. Stream your favorite music on the state of the art home sound system. Although rare in this mountain town, our condo is central air conditioned! It gets surprisingly hot in the summer and early fall months and the cool AC guarantees your comfort.
Head downstairs to Moonlight Pizza and Brewpub for lunch or dinner to enjoy a warm and festive atmosphere with award-winning food, handmade soft drinks and beer. During the summer months you can also look forward to live music on select weekends. (Music ends at 10pm which is when the restaurant closes, so don’t worry about disrupting your blissful sleep!)

My husband and I love Salida and vacation there annually. This was our first time staying at Room with a Brew and we loved it. It was one of the cleanest units that we have experienced, which was refreshing. The rental was well-equipped and centrally located. We will definitely be returning.

Great Place!
This is a clean, well equipped condo in downtown Salida. Convenient to walk to shops and food. The pizza next door is A+. Stayed over 4th of July. The town was happening-great to watch fireworks off the balcony. No worries with noise in this spot. Everything quiets down at 9pm. Walking distance to two grocery stores. We traveled to Great Sand Dunes NP and then up to Leadville from this condo. It was nice to come back to town in the evening and walk around. Stay here you won’t regret it.
