Dear Trinidad, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. Your feedback is important to us, and we value you as a guest. As per policy, there is a 150 dollar deposit for any guest paying with either cash, or a debit card. For future reference, it is always easier for the guest to use cash as a deposit, as it is promptly returned upon checkout. It takes a few days for the deposit to go back on debit cards. I do apologize for the inconsistency. As I'm sure you know, everyone does things differently but we will look into it to make sure that there is consistency from here on out.
