The resort was very nice, but I thought it would be a little more secluded. It was located right in the middle of a big metropolis area. So, it would be nice if they put that in their information. Also, we were locked out of our room for 30 minutes (the locks are defective or something like that) and we were freezing in the hallway. Finally, I was disappointed that the water pressure was so bad, the bathroom floor was dirty or stained, and there should have been extra blankets in the room...and house keeping was only on request. Everything else was great and we had a nice stay. The restaurant was really good and we ate there twice.

It was a nice place to stay while traveling through bend. However if you do book a room makesure you tell them you want a river view and not one that looks over the parking lot.
