This place is worth the hype! I was upgraded to a three-room suite with a view of the courtyard, which was amazing. Very comfortable room. Walking around and checking out the building details is an adventure, all in itself.

Booked four rooms for a ceremony to be held near by. I called to see if at least 1 room would be available for us to change. It was required that I go in person, be placed on a wait list and hope! Our room had a wet carpet during the middle of the night. When we checked, the carpet in the hall was also wet! We called front desk, just to be told it was reported and no more could be done. Two hours later, still nobody here. Meanwhile, wet floors, getting worse! No credit for inconvenience unless Manager approved, who would come in after checkout, according to Izzy, at front desk. I felt hotel staff was uncaring!
