"The shower was not easy to use and glass wall was insufficiently designed to stop water splashing on floor. Toillette was leaky and old in design needed upgrading. Noisy street frontage made quiet sleep impossible."

"When we arrived our standard twin room ended up being a queen bed and a roll cot. Not impressed at all and after an uncomfortable sleep that required putting 4 pillows on the cot, I let the staff know the room situation was unsatisfactory. They immediately found us another room and comped our breakfast. I appreciated the fast, friendly and respectful way we were treated after I lodged my complaint."

"Clean room and convenient location. Room was a bit warm as the key needs to be in place for ac to work. Unpleasant smell in room and lost water for 24 hrs. Maybe this happens often? We probably should have complained about the smell, but we were gone on tours everyday! Thankfully window opened and we had bathroom spray along."
