"The staff were excellent. Especially Luca. The location was fantastic. We stayed in the family room which was clean and set up well. The room itself though seemed dark and a bit run down (scuffs on the wall). I would perhaps have liked to see a brighter room on an upper floor. The location was a bit challenging to get to but walking from here to the sites, great restaurants and shopping was excellent. "

"The only reason I’m rating this a 4 is because the room was clean and I loved getting fresh towels daily, the area was a great spot for walking allllllll of Rome….However, I did not get the room I booked which was very disappointing for our 2 boys. I booked a room with a double bed and two twin beds so they could have their own space at night. The room we got was a double bed and a pull out couch for them to share. I reached out to ask for assistance through the email provided, as we were never at the place during their desk hours, and never received a response. "
