This is a great place to stay if you plan on visiting Rome. My wife and I were in Rome two days before a cruise. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. We had plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The small staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. It’s not a big hotel so you won’t have some amenities you can expect at a large hotel, but we didn’t care. We had a nice, clean room, walkable to all major sites, we had all we needed. The only place that wasn’t walkable was Rome Termini to catch a train to the port. The good news is there’s a taxi stand within a block from the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location for walking to dining and historical sites. The staff were all very welcoming, efficient and polite. The property was very clean and the room was spacious and and comfortable. The included breakfast was also good. We enjoyed the terrace off our room. The property is a bit quirky as it is just 6 rooms and a small reception desk on the fourth floor of an old residential building. The owner did a very nice job converting the space into comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms. The bathrooms are a little different as they have an open ceiling into the bedroom and glass window to the room from the shower, with a blind. Overall not quite as private as we are used to. But the bathrooms were modern, spacious and clean. Note the elevator is slow and small. Also the desk is only staffed until 2:00PM. All things considered we found the room to be very comfortable and a good value. We would stay again.

Lovely surprise!

I recently stayed at this suite and had an outstanding experience! The location is unbeatable, putting you right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything you need. The interior is modern and beautifully designed, creating a good blend of comfort and style. Our room with full bathroom was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The breakfast brought into the room in the AM is a very nice touch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect combination of location, convenience, comfort, and a touch of luxury!

I'm a stickler about where we stay when we travel and I read and researched extensively before picking Le Suite Del Barone. The facility and staff didn't disappoint and everything was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was very helpful, professional, accommodating, and we enjoyed our time with them. The home cooked breakfast was a wonderful touch and the location of this stay is perfect. It felt a little tucked away and difficult to find, but once we did we appreciated the location and the discreteness of the property. If you're in doubt about where to stay, search no more. Le Suite del Barone is magnificent!
