The Queen Mary was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole (ship) hotel. Knowing that you're staying in an historical living museum will allow you to enjoy it even more. You're there for the history and the experience. I highly recommend it.

The staff is all very helpful! The only negative I could think of is if you’re planning on eating on property, it’s going to be quite expensive.
