"The room was clean and the hotel staff were attentive to its care. Fresh towels and sheets every night. Shower pressure is a bit weak and slow to heat but it's fine. Our room's shower was extremely slick even when dry so use of the shower mat is highly advised. Beds were firm--a bit too firm for my liking. The air conditioner was efficient and cold. Every convenience is within a short walking distance from the hotel, with the convention center about ten minutes away and Disneyland the same. The front office staff were very friendly and accommodating. They certainly helped us feel welcome, and necessary processes and questions were a breeze. Although we didn't use them, there is a small fully automated convenience shop on the hotel grounds as well as a laundry facility for those that need it. Overall if I was to come to this area again on holiday, I would happily choose King's Inn Anaheim again. 👍"

"Overall, I had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also very convenient. The only downside was a few maintenance issues in the bathroom. The caulking was peeling in some areas and exposed gaps behind the wall, which could definitely use attention. There was also no hand soap available at the sink. Other than those minor issues, everything else was excellent and I would stay here again."

"I love this hotel! The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean. I’ve stayed here a few times. It’s our go to hotel when going to Disneyland. The shuttle is a game changer, it comes every 15 minutes and the drivers are so helpful with my mother in her wheelchair."
