"Hotel was very clean, updated, and comfortable. We were there for one night before our cruise and were pleasantly surprised they had a free shuttle to the port. Just make sure you get in line early if you use this service. It fills up quick. We checked out the pool which was small but much nicer in person than in photos. It was a nice spot to hang out in even to just chill and have a drink from the pool bar. Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Downtown area was easily walkable but the shuttle service also was offered. I would recommend this hotel and will likely stay here again before the next cruise."

"Our ONE night stay with you was a NIGHTMARE! My husband and I were in bed and at 10:30 pm my husband got up to use the bathroom only to find the SINK stopped up with what looked like feces that was overflowing to the ground of the floor. I had my suitcase in the floor with toiletries all around the sink. We immediately called the front desk and immediately had to clear everything of mine out of the bathroom. The front desk woman sent up a plumber with a plunger for the toilet. IT WASNT THE TOILET! The woman was telling me to put my hand in the water to push the drain plug. The drain plug wasn’t shut.caldo the room next to us had the same issues. At this late of night we had to repack our belongings and change rooms. The front desk said there was no one to help us and we had to get dressed and go DOWN to the front desk to get a new key. NO HELP FROM THE HYATT PERSONNEL !! Upon check out the next day the woman was nice and said they would comp our previous night’s dinner. NOPE! I got billed for it today. I am expecting them to make this right. What a disgusting inconvenience with very little support from the Hyatt staff!! The lies and said my dinner would be computed. Today I see they charged me!"
