The carpet in the hallway on the 11th floor has waves in it, making it hard to roll luggage across and also easy to trip on. While the sheets and towels were clean, the room was not. Crumbs in all the drawers, finger prints everywhere. The lock to the balcony was broken, there was no light on the balcony and nasty spots on the balcony roof that looked like old food and the table was broken ( the top falls off ). The staff at the restaurant in the hotel was inconvenienced by me not wanting the $32 egg and cereal buffet and made her distaste for taking my order very apparent. After this interaction I sure didn’t want to “stray from the standard” and complain as the staffs response was the farthest thing from inviting/helpful… what a day 1 of my $500.00 stay! Front desk staff was awesome, I would say the best part of the stay was them and we only interacted for maybe 10 minutes total ( they were 5 star while the remainder of the staff were closer to a 1 star) No information was ever provided on the shuttle service that was parked out front and we saw throughout town as we walked back and forth. Overall we paid quite a bit of money for a lack of cleanliness and service. This is a first for me from at a Hilton property! My husband is a serious Hilton fan and always looks for one when we travel, after this stay we will likely look elsewhere!

The Hilton was good, but not the best. My husband and I paid around $215. The toilet would only flush sometimes. The temperature in the room would not go lower than 65 but the room kept feeling really warm. We tried keeping the air conditioning temperature down but it was still a hot night. When we purchased the hotel, it said there would be a balcony and the photo made it seem a lot bigger than what it actually was, the chair barely fit out there. The bed was okay and the room was spacious. Overall 3 stars

Hilton Long Beach Rocks

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The complimentary shuttle to nearby areas was a major plus. The beds were very comfortable and the atmosphere around the hotel was very relaxed.

For staying at a Hilton property it fell definitely short of my expectations. And the bottled water was $6 not even free. The bathroom light came on all thru the night. I kept getting up and shutting it off to have it come back on. Won’t return to that property again

The staff was courteous, helpful and professional. We were a large convention but we felt like well served individuals. Hotel amenities for Fitness, Food and Bar were excellent.

Was ok.

The place is lovely. We paid for two rooms one was fine the other wasn't up to a decent standard. There was no cover over the duvan the material of the actual bed was bobbly and snagged. The windows was filthy and the air conditioning didn't smell pleasant so we didnt use it. The good thing was that the shuttle took us to the cruise ship complimentary which was a nice touch.
