We did not have access to warm/hot water and the staff said there was nothing they could do and that they would need to cut a hole in the shower wall to replace something (this was at 9 PM—after hours of trying to get help). They told us there were no rooms to move us to. They eventually found a room at about 10 and when we got there, there was a literal pile of toe nail clippings on the floor next to the bed. It was overall just a horrible experience and not the level of cleanliness or care you expect from a Hilton. Pass on this location.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The entire property was spotless—clean rooms, clean hallways, everything was exceptionally well-maintained. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The bar was reasonably priced, and I really enjoyed the specials they offered. The location is excellent as well—perfect proximity to the beach and close to everything you’d want to explore. Overall, a beautiful hotel with awesome staff and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Check in wasn’t the greatest, our room was not ready, she had to give us another room, but we still had to wait until it was inspected. Had to asked to speak to a manager. We explained the situation and she inspected the room for us and we were able to go in. Thank you to the manager she was very nice, other than check in the hotel was great, food was good, staff were very nice, great location.
