We Will Definitely Stay Here Again!

Everyone was super friendly and very professional. Room was clean, ac was cool and quiet, shower was hot. Plenty of closet and storage space.

Restaurant booked for parties all week

The groups that booked the high floor restaurant during the week we were here were loud and rowdy. Why would you book out to adult companies when it’s a kid friendly hotel accross the st from Disneyland ?

We've stayed here a couple times and its always great! Its super close the Disney parks. Closer to the entrance than even some of the Disney hotels! The rooms are clean and stocked well. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. They are on the softer side. The air condition worked very well. My husband likes it cold and it it got cold! The room last stayed had a very deep tub, even my husband could get all the way in. The only down side of the property, they dont have an elevator, so having to walk up stairs after a long Disney day kind of sucks. All in all, we love this place. We only stay with The Grand at the Park

Workers/Employees were ALL Amazing, Helpful, Friendly and most of all professional. I will definitely be using this hotel to stay from now on. Armando you especially were AWESOME!!!!!!! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service even though you were extremely busy. Now this Hotel knows how to treat their customers. 5 stars from my family!!!!

The staff were great for the interactions we had with them. The deluxe room was not worth the money. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the sink wouldn’t drain and the door stops kept falling off in the bathroom. The single elevator was also very slow and took longer than anyone would hope for. Walking distance to the park was great but the price for the experience was not.

Things were good. Unfortunately, I was in the 4th floor. The bar restaurant above I could hear lots of noice and music. Very loud. I complained once, nothing was done about it. Front desk did say I might hear them and to Jet front desk know. Nothing was done. I put earplugs in to get to sleep Friday night April 18th

Rooftop restaurant is made unavailable. Elevator near our room was broken. I was told over the phone that I could extend the time I could leave my car parked without additional fees, but I was told differently at the desk.
