I couldn’t find clear information about parking. When I called to ask about where to park my rental car, I was told to use airport parking (which means a shuttle ride to the hotel) or the expensive hotel valet parking. I wasn’t told about the unaffiliated parking garage right next to the hotel.

Rude front desk. Incorrect website info.

Very rude front desk. And incorrect info on website hence 1 star. Chose the hotel purely because it was close to airport and website claimed restaurant open till midnight which we’d need after being jetlagged and on a plane for many hours. Reached at 11.30 pm and were informed restaurant and room service was shut for the day. When asked further were told they often shut 15-30 min early. We reminded the front desk to inform their management to either keep it open or change the website info, front desk staff in “polite but rude smirk” said food is a different department and I can complain if I want but basically said they don’t care. The attitude was negative. This takes Hyatt off my personal and business travel list. The primary issue is the front desk person’s attitude
