We loved that the hotel was right on the water near many attractions. The public Aqualink was close, inexpensive, and a fun boat ride across the water. We also enjoyed the many firepits and seating areas around the property.

Everything at this hotel was excellent except the food at the restaurant. It was substandard undercooked not a very good experience room service breakfast potatoes brought back twice uncooked raw in the middle staff was wonderful in dealing with the situation, but the food is not ideal if we stay at the hotel again, we will be going to outside venues.

I got a room different than what I booked.. They told me upon arrival: this what we have or you go cancel your booking then they offered me to change my room next day but wasn’t the same I booked as well The one I booked must be sea view at ground floor and what I got was on the first floor with balcony so I spend the entire week shutting off the door and worrying about my kid

Parking fees are expensive. I went to the lobby for another morning coffee after the one I had in my room was finished. I was charged 16 dollars for two regular coffee’s. I was given a basic room for 330.00 a night. No balcony and broken curtains. This place is a money grab full of young folks partying all night. I will never stay at this property ever again. Horrible

A nice view from the room/balcony. The room/building was a little outdated looking but was pretty nice overall. The fridge froze everything in it, and no microwave which for the price there should be one. The wifi didn't work and you could hear everything just outside the room where people were coming and going from nearby rooms. I would probably stay there though if I was in the area again, for the views alone, there's just not really another option nearby like it. Not too far from downtown area, but you're in for a decent walk to and from nearby restaurant options.

The people were amazing.. the busboy(Rudy, I think?) at the restaurant was great. He should be promoted to a server. He knew about the great food choices and gave good recommendations.
