Parking is a challenge if you don't get a space in the outdoor area. The 7 story additional lot has 3 or 4 spaces on the first floor, but otherwise you have to climb to the 6th or even 7th floor.

Renovations Required

Checking in was a breeze! Edgar who was at the front desk was very helpful & explained everything in detail! He was very detailed with regards to what to expect. The cookies were yummy too! The only complaint that my husband & I have is with regards to the upkeep of the hotel, especially our room! The bathroom looked like it was haphazardly put together!! There was damage to the. Ottom walls, the tiles were unevenly placed, grout was spackled in a hurry, the fire sprinkler looked as if it were just shoved into the ceiling! The.insulation of our room was also substandard! You could hear people talking on the ground floor! We were on the si th floor! Come on now Hilton Properties!. You’re supposed to have a higher standard! We became Hilton members 6 years ago because we wanted to enjoy the comfort and luxury of your hotel chains. Please Please, do proper renovations to this particular hotel. I’m sure that the turnaround rate is high in this area, Thank you for hiring courteous staff all around.

No housekeeping service was provided during my stay. There was no coffee in the room, no fresh towels, and several issues with the bathroom. The door gets stuck when closed, making it difficult to exit. The tub did not drain properly, and there was no stopper in the sink. I never would go to any amenities at a hotel, but she made the experience comforting so I went to the bar, enjoyed the live jazz, and the drink and food. I do want to add that the young man who wè was working the bar ignored me until another customer actually began speaking to me. A woman who was working helped me instead. When I got into my room, it was warm and stuffy, the lamp on the nightstand close to the window did not work, the refrigerator was not cold, did not get a checked until the next day.

The room had bits and pieces of white fabric on the floor entrance--it was clearly not vacuumed thoroughly. The room was booked for three people, but there were towels for only two. The bathroom lights turned off and on with a sensor, but the sensor did not react while taking the shower, so the lights would turn off while taking a shower. The location is convenient--right by LAX airport--but the room seemed to be quite cookie-cutter, lacking some of the nuances that would have made the customer feel more at home.
