Loved the airport shuttle, staff at hotel gave water bottles and cookies when I checked in. Lots of dining options in walking distance. Negatives, elevator made questionable jiggly shakes when going up and down that made me nervous, they had construction going on in the lobby so had to wait outside when waiting for rides or shuttle, the shower also felt like it wasn't working at times

Just be aware that if you are planning to use airport shuttle service, 1. You must call to request it and 2. It’s an outside vendor who serves multiple hotels so may take a while before you get to hotel. This wasn’t clear to us when we looked at the hotel’s website. Just stated complimentary shuttle service provided between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm. Would be useful to add additional comment “call to request shuttle service” as there are others Hilton shuttles that provide service from LAX, without requiring a call. Aside from this, the staff was very friendly and pleasant, the room was great, and the food was surprisingly good.

The shuttle does not come to LAX unless you call. No one told us this. We waited for over an hour before we were picked up. The sliding door to the bathroom would not close. I neededto stuff my towel in the back so it would stay closed.

The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was splashed with spots of excretment . I bought this to the attention of staff and 3 people inspected this . Despite the lovely young woman at the reception desk in the morning assuring me thst the manager would telephone me … of course this was not done . Absolutely gross. If I had not already unpacked half of my suitcase after 2 flights from Australia I would have moved rooms . Sandra
