Very punctual airport shuttle. Staff at hotel very friendly, professional and accommodating. Room spacious and comfortable. Great restaurant in the lobby, (W xyz). Menu was limited but food was delicious. Bartender made great drinks.

The stay was botched from the beginning because the check in required a $50 parking fee that was not super clear in the booking process. I think that an added cost should have a separate box in the booking where we have to accept the parking fee with a yes or no acknowledgment. In my confirmation there is no statement of a parking fee. I think you should stop doing business with hotels that charge this crazy fee.

It took awhile for shuttle to arrive. We finally called. Once we arrived we checked in at lobby which was also bar. Very noisy. Difficult to hear details related to overnight stay or directions to room. Outside of onsite experience we were disappointed with Expedia support in changing dates after they changed dates on returning flights. Ended up paying almost double the price for hotel. Limited support from Expedia.

Easy and nice little spot near LAX. Parking was easy but a little expensive and the hotel itself was beautiful but the room was a little humid? Carpet and things were a bit damp and there were small things kind of falling apart? But overall nice stay and the folks were very kind.

I liked the area where the pool is, very nice and it also has free transportation service to the airport. It was located in a good area near several restaurants, very clean and the staff very friendly at check-in
