Upon arriving in our room there were dirty dishes by our room door. Once we entered the room we discovered dirty napkins and tissues in the window still and drawers. We also had a dirty pillow with what looked to be blood drops. We asked them to replace the pillow and they never did. Our room was right outside of a smoking area. We constantly had to ask during our stay for clean towels. And the air in the room did not work. By day two we had to ask them to please bring us a box fan. Overall not a good stay. Which is a bummer since at first we thought it was goi g to be a good stay.

The first room had plastic and tampons in it it was clogged The tub had a yellow liquid that smelled like urine They moved me room where there were no towels and the bed has 2 flat sheets instead of the 1 fitted 1 flat The room was very cold The tubs stopper didn’t work, an hour later maintenance brought me a blue toilet bowl stopper When I turned on the water in the faucet there was an awful smell. The pool had all kinds of debris trash and it was very mearky.

Room was spacious, hotel was nice, and breakfast options were great. During the week we had options for ready-to-order omelets, scrambled eggs, potatoes, pancakes and/or French toast, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, and an assortment of cereals and juice. The breakfast area is large and can seat many guests, which was perfect for those busier mornings. Free shuttle is available to and from the airport but we had rented a vehicle so we didn’t need to use this service. Parking is available for free on the street but they also had option to park in their parking garage, although the fee on that was quite expensive; $45 per day. Hotel was clean and kept well but this wasn’t the same for the room as our room needed some upkeep for sure. Sheets had stains and those used for the pull out couch looked like they hadn’t been changed or washed in a while. The bathroom needed a bit more cleaning and had stains on door frame. Shower had hair still from previous guests and all 3 bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and gel wash were almost all out and hadn’t been replenished. We had to ask for extra bottles as well as extra towels on our 2nd night and it took hours before we finally had someone bring us extras. As far as how busy or noisy the hotel is, I’ll say even with the airport right next door, it felt pretty quiet. They were certainly busy, but you wouldn’t have guessed it because of how quiet it often was both in the room and out in the “halls”. Overall a good stay.

This Embassy Suite is much more dated than others we have stayed at. Updates have been made to the hotel but it still felt like an old La Quinta with a bad makeover-weird carpet cleaner smell and older decor. The shuttle service was excellent-staff were on time and helpful with the luggage. Breakfast bar was ok but nothing to rave about.

It was a wonderful hotel, more than what I expected. It was a spontaneous mini trip before my twins returned back to school. I searched indoor pool hotel and this was perfect for my children. They love swimming. I liked how the map layout of the room was. The beautiful room with plenty of room. The balcony was a plus for me which was wonderful. The separate living room was perfect for some privacy, which is great for parents. The breakfast was delicious. There was a Hispanic mid-age men who was so friendly and did the most delicious omelettes. He was so quick in doing omelettes. This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was an incredible experience I love everything the hotel offered. I would definitely recommend it and most definitely stay here again. Thank for the great hospitality and kindness.

The front desk staff was not very friendly when we checked in. The door to our room was open when we got to it. Our room was extremely hot, the ac unit did not work and it was a very uncomfortable night. When I mentioned it to the front desk she said the hotel was on a centralized system and the heater turns on at night. We should be able to control the ac and heater. I’m glad we only booked for one night. Unfortunately we will not be staying there again.

The staff was fabulous. So friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was the conditions of the bathroom There was a large area in the tub where the porcelain was peeling away and rust around the drain. The paint is peeling off the ceiling. I did not complain to anyone since we were just there one night.

The hotel was beautiful it had lots of convenient amenities such as laundry on the 5th floor, the store that carries just about everything, the in door pool, and around the clock staff to help with your needs. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the heater did not work but they did have extra blankets. We were in room 418 on the 4th floor.

Breakfast was very good, check in was done via the app and when we got there we spoke to the desk agent and got two hard keys. He didn’t ask for a form of payment as we had checked in already, we went for dinner at the onsite restaurant which was fine. Then at 10:30pm just as I’m about to go to bed the front desk calls asking me to come down and give a credit card and that the restaurant he trying to close and it can’t wait till morning. So I get redressed and head down to the desk and give my credit card, the same one they had on file from when I checked in via the app. Not a huge deal and I know mistakes can happen but kinda sucked that time of night. Also as an FYI, the rooms facing away from the airport have a frosting on the windows and they are not able to be opened. ChatGPT says it because of privacy concerns for the private homes behind the property, and the tub does not have a working stopped which the staff said was because too many people have flooded the rooms in the past. Otherwise the stay was fine as it was just one night.
