Shuttle took us to wrong Hilton garden hotel there are two neither the front desk notified us when we arrived at airport and requested shuttle as stated in email. Shuttle driver was great but he didn’t either so we got off shuttle at wrong garden Hilton. Werenet WARE UNTIL WE TRIED TO CHECK IN. Very clean, friendly staff, close to airport and quick drive to other surrounding places. Shuttle service let me down however, I waited an hour and no one showed up. I called twice to confirm they had my number they said they did but never showed. Never called. Other than that, I really like the property and recommend it.

The hotel is located next to a metro train stop. Although car traffic is lighter at night, the sound of trains arriving at the station can still be heard from the room. Additionally, the walls between rooms are quite thin, so conversations from neighboring rooms are audible. However, I found out that room service is not provided daily—it’s available only on certain days.

House keeping support to clean the room every other day. They came to clean and replace the towels on the forth day only after we contacted the service desk. The hotel did not provide shower cap. I used the one I brough but the staff through away mine even I left it on the shelf. The breakfast did not have much selections. If you ordered sunny side eggs, you cannot have scramble egg. If you ordered bacon, you cannot have sausage. The quantity of food are in small portions. The breakfast was included in the hotel cost otherwise I will go somewhere else. The location is remote. It cost me a fortune to get a cab or Uber to go down town or the breach. Approx. $100/day for transportation. I don't think I will ever come again or recommend to my friends
