I had a horrible experience at this hotel. It looks nothing like the photos. I tried calling ahead for a late check-in, but no one answered for hours.
When I arrived, there was no free parking, and I was told my car would be towed, so I had to pay $40 to park in a dark, unsafe-feeling lot. The lobby had a strong mildew/urine smell, which unfortunately continued throughout the hotel.
The staff member at check-in was nice, but the layout is confusing. Directions were unclear, and the “butterfly” sticker wall guides were tacky and unhelpful. I got lost and had to return to the lobby for help.
My first room smelled like kitty litter and urine. It was dusty, dirty, and the tub had visible grime. The room phone didn’t work, so I had to go back downstairs to request another room.
The second room was no better same smell, dirty surfaces, mold in the shower, a hole in the wall, and filthy handrails. The shower setup felt extremely low quality. The bed was rock hard, the curtain was broken and stained, and didn’t close fully, which felt unsafe. Being on the first floor, I heard every noise above me. The heater barely worked.
I paid $178 for one night completely not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Save your money and stay somewhere better. I have photos to support everything mentioned.
