Worked well for an early flight and free shuttle service. It was a bit noisy, but they usually are when close to the airport.

I really liked that there was a shuttle to and from LAX. But when the driver took us back to the airport on Jan 31, 2023 around 2PM, the shuttle driver loaded my brand new bag in and out of the back of the shuttle. At the airport when he unloaded and left, I noticed that the lower seam of the suitcase was ripped. I could actually touch the floor of the bag. Anyway, this was reported and thankfully I found some tape at the check in desk and taped it up. Now we're in New Zealand and I hope the tape will hold. We go home on March 1, 2023. If it doesn't hold, then I'll have to buy another new bag in New Zealand. Thanks, Kay Ball (kayball@aol.com)
