"Breakfast was incredible and breakfast space was stunning. VERY WELL DONE for a "breakfast included" hotel. Our room was larger than expected. SO MUCH FLOOR space. 2 bed and a sleeper couch. Highly recommend."

"Loved my stay. The cushions for the couch in the bedroom could’ve used a good wash. It’s exacting in the walking distance of everything which I was surprised about. I will be staying again. "

"I’ve stayed at an AC Hotel before and had a great experience, so I was a little disappointed with this stay. The hotel wasn’t dirty, but the room just didn’t feel very inviting like the other AC location I stayed at previously. The bathroom tub in particular was a bit disappointing, and there was a lack of towels and toiletries compared to what I would normally expect. We also had an issue with the heat not working when we first got into the room and had to call someone to come fix it. The staff did address it, but it added to the overall feeling that the stay wasn’t as smooth as it could have been. Parking was also quite expensive at about $70 for 24 hours, although I understand that’s fairly typical for downtown Chicago. One positive was the location. There were several places within walking distance including Walgreens, CVS, restaurants like Shake Shack and TGI Fridays, and even a Trader Joe’s in the same building, which was really convenient. Overall, the stay was okay, but it just didn’t live up to the experience I had at other AC Hotels."

"The room was perfect, the bar open up at 4pm and they have happy hour at 5:30-7 they do have a little spot to get snack they are over price but they have water if you need any in the front desk . "
