"Everything was great!! The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly from the moment we arrived. Everyone from the valet, the receptionist, all the way down to the maintenance man went out of their way to make sure we were welcome and answer any questions we had and resolve any issues. Upon arriving, we realized that I was billed twice for my stay and the associates at the front desk went over and above to make sure that the issue was resolved, including contacting hotels.com and getting everything straightened out. They even called the room as soon as it was corrected to let me know! Throughout the stay they continued to ask how things were going and if we needed anything. We even requested an additional hour for checkout and he was so polite in extending it! Even the maintenance guy went above and beyond to find out an answer to a question we had. The room itself couldn’t have been more perfect either! Even thought they are compact they are setup so well!! Not only that, but we felt like the room was even better equipped with necessities than your typical hotel room. It had more towels, and even a steamer! They made great use of the space too! There was a place to put your bags under the bed as well as drawers and even small little lockable cubbies. Every sleeping area had its own light and plugs too. And the location couldn’t have been more perfect, as it was only a 5 min walk to everywhere we wanted to go!"

"The hotel was lovely. Close enough to walk just about anywhere downtown, but far enough from the mayhem for peaceful rest. My boys enjoyed the hot breakfasts and I spent more than my far share of time in one of the massage chairs after a busy day walking all over music city. Really loved our time here and look forward to returning!"
