"Hands-down; the hotel itself, including the amenities within the room and the community amenities were 10 out of 10! Amazing!!! However, as a guest staying in the hotel from out of town, the front desk staff could have done a much better job with explaining and communicating the details about the room and the hotel. This establishment is Hotel, and residential residents.Upon arriving, everything is self Check-in. The staff did not have a sense of urgency assisting with Anything without me having to ask. Unlike a traditional hotel… Room service (cleaning) is NOT included. And seems to be an additional fee for everything. Again, I was only notified this after I began to ask questions… Versus the staff fully explaining that to me at check-in."
