Spotless modern high-rise apartment. Very close to AZ State University Campus division. Homeless shelter next block over from Sol Modern. Seemed safe to walk to downtown restaurants but maybe not in late evening hours.

The first room I checked into had water coming down the wall and the floor was soaked. The downstairs attendant was very nice and put me in a different room. Once I. The new room, the QR codes wouldn’t open to give me the wi-fi password, so after 20 minutes waiting for the page to load, I had to go back down to reception to get the password. My room was freezing and smelled awful. On the last day I realized why I couldn’t control the thermostat. The door to the deck was open with cigars on the balcony which is why the room smelled nasty. Finally, the 8th floor amenities did not work. Even after maintenance was called to assist with the TVs, nobody was able to get them working on the large TV over the fireplace or the TV located in the SIM room. Sentral Sol has a lot of potential and looks shiny and attractive but was a huge let down. A building so new and modern shouldn’t have major leaks or non functioning TVs. The staff was the only redeeming quality of this stay.

This facility far exceeded all my expectations; I truly wished I could have stayed longer (or forever)! The accommodations were incredible, offering much more than a standard room. Each unit was fully equipped, featuring: - A full kitchen - In-unit laundry (washer and dryer) - Vacuum cleaner - A spacious walk-in closet The common areas were just as impressive and exceptionally well-maintained. The communal amenities included: - A spacious recreation room with comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV - A kitchen and a dining space - Outdoor BBQ grill and dining space - Recreations like pool, foosball, and table tennis - A gym, pool and hot tub - A gaming room (!) The entire experience felt too good to be true. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful, and a 24/7 concierge desk was available. After experiencing this level of quality, I no longer want to stay in regular commercial hotels. I cannot wait to go back to Sentral.

I was skeptical of this hotel because of how inexpensive it was compared to others around it, but it was a really great stay overall! Staff was very friendly and helped take care of a few things I needed assistance with. Sarah helped me book an extra night because I wanted to stay one night longer than originally planned. The room was really great and felt like an apartment that I’d want to live in permanently. The best part was being in the heart of Downtown and within walking distance of a ton of great restaurants and things to do! I will most definitely be booking again once I come back next year!

My stat was great. I love the whole apartment style hotel so we each had our own bedroom our own bathroom. It also had a washer in the dryer and it came wet detergent, dish soap everything you would need if you were at home and I love that. I really enjoyed that and I love the view from our corner room. It’s right in the middle of downtown, which is perfect because you can walk to all the bars and walk back to the hotel. I’ll give it a 10 out of 10.
