"We were pleased with the accommodations, front desk staff, close proximity to SEATAC, complimentary airport shuttle and two water bottles in room. Only needed a one-night stay before flying home the next day. Three nearby fast food restaurants — McDs, Popeyes and California Burrito. Street level All American and Indian restaurant within the property. Snacks available for purchase in the lobby. Bus stop across the street. "

"Upon arriving at the front desk the gentlemen was very cold and I felt rushed from the moment we arrived. No smile, no welcome just transaction interaction. Secondly, I reserved a room with the city view through the Expedia, and when reception employee searched for our room he said no its a standard room. I told him I payed for a room worh a city view. He told me no you didn't. I was taken back to be told what I have reserved instead of perhaps him telling me what he sees in a system. I told him again to wait a second to pull up my reservation and he was getting impatient that made me uncomfortable as I'm holding him up instead of trying to help me resolve the issue. I paused and told him I don't have time to argue I will take whatever room he has for us and I will take care of it later. He gave me the key again in very cold manner and we left. It will definitely not be next hotel I stay in. Just to give 5 stars to valet/ greeter staff, the restaurant staff and location."
