"Overall had a great experience at the Holiday Inn &Suites! We stayed in an oceanfront suite for our family vacation. The pools are well maintained and cleaned. Throughout the stay, we noticed they take several pool breaks and clean the hand rails, tables, ect. That’s on top of the morning and evening cleanings when the pools close. Being on the boardwalk wasn’t bad. There wasn’t a lot of ruckus, and being able to just hop right on it and go for a walk was nice. Same with having the beach right there as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant inside was nice and a good option for the days you just want to relax at the beach or pool without walking too far for dinner. Also, poolside service! We got drinks and food delivered right to the poolside while my daughter played. The kids activity pool was a huge hit. We will be making another visit here for sure!"

"The morning staff older gentleman was not pleasant, or helpful. He never spoke and we stayed here for four nights. Also, when we arrived, we waited thirty minutes at the front desk for assistance. The employee stated he was the only one working so he kept getting called. We were tired from the drive and had two dogs with us. They need to have the front desk covered when guests are checking in."
