Stayed 2 nights and never had housekeeping. Bed not made and no new towels. Needed to find our own towels and had overflowing tiny garbage cans. Room itself was great with comfortable bed and nice balcony. Bath sink vanity not enough space for 2 people to have products on at same time. Breakfast buffet not impressive. All said the location was great and we would stay here again.

My friends and I stay at The Breakers every Labor Day weekend. This has been our tradition for years. We have everything we need - clean rooms, friendly staff and awesome convenient location. We did miss the full hot breakfast this year though....

The only thing, the rug in the roomsmell like wet dog, but it was clean, very clean, the service was amazing, very friendly, its for everyone to enjoy (for everyone if u know qhat mean)

This certainly is a hotel! And that's about it -- a place to sleep and keep your stuff. The walkability is perfect, the beds are not very comfortable, but that's tolerable. The house keeping staff were great, polite and welcoming. But whoever works the front desk is one of the worst property managers I've ever dealt with. We went to her to report that a fellow guests sunroof on their vehicle was open and that they didn't have a hang tag visible as everyone else did. Instead of telling us she would look into it or try to find the owner, she scowled at us and said, "That's not my job. That's not my concern. Who cares if their sunroof is open?" If we had left our sunroof open, we'd have loved it if someone had alerted management to that for us. It was just a really vile interaction and it soured our experience here. We won't be staying here again next year after this. Everything else I could live with, but I won't tolerate that negativity and uncaring attitude. That's grim.

Everything looked great and I’m grateful for the beach shuttle Mario was very accommodating. I do miss the fluffy scrambled eggs and croissants,please bring them back!
