Everything was wonderful, third time we have stayed. Only item that was in need of repair was the door to the room. The door was difficult to open, it stuck and required a hip bump to open it. Front desk was notified.

We loved this hotel! Fresh and clean hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Lovely restaurants just up the road and within easy walking distance to the touristy strip and the beach (there’s even golf cart service to the beach if you need help transporting their awesome foldable beach chairs). This hotel has so many amenities from the complimentary breakfast to the daily wine&cheese hour to milk&cookies at night which both adults and kids LOVED to the close distance to the beach with the luxury of having a buggy to drive you one block without having to carry the beach chairs. Did I mention the warm salt water pool and sauna which you can enjoy after coming out from the pool. The rooms were spacious as we stayed at two different types of rooms, both of which have a sitting room. The staffs were friendly. We were so glad to have chosen The Avenue Inn. It’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. We would come back again next time!
