"It was a fantastic location! Right in the beach and walkable to town centre. We used the coffee/cappuccino/latte machine every morning. Was also great to have cold water available. The staff was always helpful and attentive. I would def stay here again."

"This was the worst experience I had at a hotel in a long time. We arrived for our booking, checked in, we get to the room and it is gross. There’s stains on the bed sheets and there a sticky liquid on the floor next to the bed. I called the front desk and told them and he goes “what would you like me to do about it. We are at capacity so I can’t change your room” which I understand if you don’t have the space you can’t move us. So I said “then can you have someone come change our sheets and clean the floor?” He responded that he was the only one on staff and he wouldn’t be able to do that. So I said very frustrated at 1am “then can you bring up sheets and a mop and I will clean it myself” and he argued with me saying he doesn’t know what I want him to do and then eventually hung up on me. We waited a little bit in the room to see if he would being it up, he did not so we went down to the front desk. He gave us new sheets, a mop, and spray. I had to change my own sheets and mop the floor myself. I will never come back to this hotel. I understand you’re short staffed and can’t accommodate switching rooms. But there are way better ways to handle this situation than he did."
