It was old , dirty and smelled bad - we decided not to stay here and cancelled the room

I walked in and things were very run down- from the Lobby to the elevator to carpets to doors and the room. I had to sign a waiver that said I would not smoke in the room- of course I would not- but then when I walked into the assigned room, it reeked of cigarettes. I could not even site down. For mandating that there is no smoking, but then charging the patron for a room which was so disgusting, I was appalled. The woman at the desk was kind, but powerless to do anything but move rooms. The whole place felt terrible. I left immediately, without a refund.I did not touch anything in the room. A full refund would be in order, but I doubt that would happen.

Super close to our venue and reasonable price . Loved the pillows

My biggest complaint was the lack of blackout curtains. The room was super bright all night but there was no way to darken the windows. There was a sheer curtain and thick valances in the sides, which didn't even have a rod to slide then across to help dampen the light.

11:00PM neighbor is yelling at his girl friend. They leave for the bar, I know this because I can hear the entire conversation. 3:00AM they return from the bar yelling obscenities at each other. I call the front desk they say they will take care of it, they call back asking if the situation is better, I explain that it’s the same maybe worse. I call again at 4:00AM nothing happens, 5:30 AM he passed out thank goodness. I called asking what can be don’t the manager offers me $30 off, what a joke, he says that it was resolved because I didn’t call back again? How many time do I need to call? You called me twice I called you twice each time it got worse until he passed out. I will never be back!

Basic hotel with good location

Room was good, fridge was nice and big, stopper in bathtub broken but not big deal. Located close to max line convention center stop. Wish there had been more tourist info in lobby, the man working the breakfast room was efficient but a bit cold. Breakfast was good lots of options, indoor pool room was nice.
