very dirty smoking everyplace fire alarm went off three times on friday nite was disconnected and not fixed floor was black with dirt mold on walls near ac unit tiolet seat w as dirty should be told about housing of all the homeless poor work ethics i requested two times to have my bill adjusted because of sleepless night because of fire alarm going off at 4 :00 am was told they would have coffee on at 5:30 am no coffee by 7:00 am night desk person was sleeping i could not wake him up door were unlocked no security many people were smoking in halls and on elevator and in lobby most homeless guests has also two large dogs that barked often it give motel an wery poor name should not be part of and chain.flea bag dump.very dirty and noisey and un safe no one should pay too stay there.

I did not stay based on the cigarette burn on the pillowcase, the lack of security on the door from the lobby to the hall, the comment from a long-term patron "oh it says you need a key but you don't it's not locked", and the overall cleanliness of the facility.

My family and I will never stay there again. We wanted a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. We hardly slept during the night and smelled so bad when we left the next morning. There were burn holes in the sheets and the bathroom towels were dirty. We requested a different room and were denied. We even tried to call area hotels without success. GROSS! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

when pulling in the driveway, I could already see (what i think are bums and shady people were outside) I went in with my wife and child and the woman thought it was more important to explain to caller why so n so was on her break and couldn't talk. So we waited..... the hallway, elevator and main office stuck. The room seemed nice but found burnt holes in blankets, dirty pillows etc.

Glorified flop house for government assisted individuals, drug users and other undesirable elements which will alarm potential guests. The front desk was manned by a mid 20's female wearing sweatpants, flip flops and a mid-rift tea shirt on her heavily pierced and tattooed body, including the guant face and pale skin tone of a drug user. Took us about 3 minutes to walk out and seek accomodations elsewhere.

Staff asked for the credit card that I'd paid with, and I ended up getting charged a second time. When I discovered this and brought it to the attention of the day crew the next AM, they issued a refund, but said it could take up to 10 business days to process.
