Really this would be an ok low-end property...if it was $59. But for $200, it would be nice to have a smoke-free lobby, or shampoo, or a chair in the room, or a stopper in the sink. At least it was clean.

I would say you need someone to be checking the rooms to make sure they are cleaned properly and that everything works. Someones toothpaste spit still in the sink.. hair in the shower. Toilet moves when u get up or sit down not stable. No batteries in remote and none at front desk so no tv! Pillows are from dollar tree at best very uncomfortable. Patched holes unpainted. Floors are sticky like they have a residue on them. Halls are dirty and unkept.. fingerprints all over elevator and walls. Not worth the money. Staff are friendly and try thier best.

Staff is very bad,I was there for two days and I spend one night no electricity and there is no one to talk to all the staff went home and leave the hotel unsafe and when you call the hotel customer service they don’t know what going on.

My opinion of Motel 6 is negative 6

It was a nightmare because the first room provided to me and my family was being use by someone else. Then the second room was provided even though it was clean updates had a strong smell which make it difficult to sleep during the night. We’re scheduled for 2 nights and my family decided to leave after the first night.

We booked two rooms on our reservation, it was confirmed by email and on the app. But when we arrive at the motel, they only had one room for us. They refused to give us another room, later found out they don’t gave any more of that type of room we booked. They forced us to have a different type of room and in higher rate. It was late at night so we had no other options but pay for the second room with higher price.

Unfortunately the customer service was not good. We were not greeted when we arrived to check in and we were barely acknowledged during our check in process. The first room we were given smelled horrendous and the hotel staff admitted that that room always had a bad smell. We were then mocked by two of the hotel staff because we wanted a different room. The woman working there was kind enough to find us another room and was considerate about the process. The second room we got was cleaner. All but two of the towels and washcloths were stained and when we asked for more they didn't have any more washcloths.

I was forced to get a hotel room at the last minute and I chose this place. While the staff member who checked us in was courteous and friendly, the facilities at the hotel were fair to average, at best. The beds were clean and comfortable and the wi-fi operated perfectly. The hallways had several dehumidifier/air purification machines that were running non-stop. I assumed there was some water damage previously and that's why they were on. The floor in our room appeared "tacky" and I think that was why. The ice machine was out of order, the coffee station normally in the lobby was not present upon check in, and the grounds appeared to have people hanging out on the sidewalk to all hours of the night. I don't know why they weren't asked to move along but it created an uneasy feeling for my wife and daughter. The write up online said that the facility recently underwent an upgrade but, quite honestly, it looked pretty run down to me.
