Need to have ice machines - only ice was in little snack area on each floor in which there was a bag of mostly melted ice and that was it. Also, lighting in room was lacking - too dark and, only lights were individual lamps which had to be turned on/off individually - no wall switches for other than entrance light. Very inconvenient.

Very nicely appointed hotel in the heart of Portland. The courtyard with fire is a lovely feature. Rooms very comfortable. Coffee maker on our floor wasn't working, but that's my only complaint.
