The view was awsome. Parking had a hiccup but was fixed quickly. Check in had a hiccup but was fixed quickly. The resturant in the hotel was awsome and was very elegant. I really felt like I was important. Tourist shopping was close by but parking was murder. I would definitely come here again.

We liked the fact it was so close to the Cross Insurance Arena and my daughter loved the pool. We did have an issue with room service, on the menu it said free kids meal when adult meal was ordered but found out after that it did not apply to room service. But the gentlman at the front desk took care of it. It was a great stay and the staff were awesome.

The hotel is circa 1980s or so. It's interior needs updating but it has everything that the visitor needs. The restaurant is very adequate and the food was good. The staff were very friendly and I know it's hard to get help so they were working very hard.
