No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Road noise ruined our sleep
Despite the fact that I had one white noise and am fairly used to street traffic, neither I nor my guest slept well because the road noise was incredibly loud. I kept checking to see if doors or windows were open but I think the soundproofing on windows was just poor. Everything else was lovely.
