Fun in Phoenix

Came in for a quick stay at a conference and had a great time! VRBO we stayed in was clean and nice. Owner did a great job having everything set up for us. Positive experience and would stay again!

Golf/Baseball trip

The unit was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were perfect and the beds are super comfortable. The two bathrooms really helped with getting ready in the morning.The location to ballpark was a perfect walking distance and it was just a short 25 minute drive to the golf course we played at. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area and a quick 10 minute drive to and from the airport.Great location overall. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my first time staying with vrbo home. Me and my family loved that it had lots of places in walking distance. The host was very nice and very accommodating i really appreciate the friendly hospitality he showed us.

Embraced downtown area

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO near downtown Phoenix. We embrace the area and took in many of the features that downtown has to offer, including attending an NBA game, the Phoenix symphony, a play at the Herberger theater, eatery's, farmers market, nearby hiking, walking around downtown … Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with and he was very accommodating! We loved the big TV for watching basketball. The kitchen was very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding VRBO in the heart of Phoenix!

This was the most amazing VRBO that I have ever stayed in, walking distance to the heart of a big city, and the Convention Center! It has two full bathrooms and two bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds. Although this is a busy area, the house is very well insulated, and quiet! For two women, this was a godsend! The house was beautifully decorated, had an outstanding kitchen, with a great deal of granite counter space, a large refrigerator freezer, newer stove, a nice supply of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The large comfortable living room had a fabulous TV - off to the side was a futon and all the additional bedding you would need for pure comfort. The outdoor covered patio, which we didn't have a chance to use, was very inviting. I felt safe leaving my car in the ample parking space on the side of the house. Our communication with Jeff was also quick - he answered all our questions, and you could even contact him directly without having to leave a message! It was such a wonderful experience to stay here! I would recommend it to anyone who was heading to the heart of Phoenix for an event.

Really lovely, newly renovated inside of this gem in a great downtown location. Don't be fooled by the simple outside - nice park across the street and just far enough outside of center of downtown to be quiet but not too far for walking or to feel unsafe. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay

This property met all of our expectations. The kitchen was beautiful and the property was in front of a park which was very convenient for us since we were traveling with a two year old and two teenagers. Jeff is a great host, responded very quickly to our questions and he made sure we knew where everything was even before we arrived at the property. We traveled for Thanksgiving and felt right at home while we cooked and had dinner. Overall a great stay!
